I picked up a ph vi tái for myself and had them deliver a bánh mì c bit combo to my roommate. My pho was impeccable—the broth fragrant and clear, the sirloin tender, herbs fresh. Her bánh mì was crisp, wellstuffed, with bold pâté and pickles. She was raving about it too. Really appreciate the flexibility – great food no matter delivery or pickup. The pho was fresh and flavorful every time—easily one of the top Vietnamese spots in Bay Ridge.

We finally went in for a sitdown meal. The atmosphere is clean and casual, staffed by welcoming servers. We had the ph c bit—the broth arrived steaming and fragrant, the variety of proteins tai, brisket, tendon, tripe was generous and cooked perfectly. We also tried the bánh mì c bit—crispy baguette, cold cuts, pâté, pickles—balanced and flavorful. Paired with a cold fresh juice that cleansed the palate. Dining in was relaxed and comfortable, and the pho felt especially fresh and aromatic. Definitely among the best Vietnamese restaurants we’ve discovered in Bay Ridge.

I stopped by to pick up our order – the staff was friendly and had everything ready promptly. The ph vi tái sirloin only had a fragrant, herbal broth with just the right amount of aromatics. The charbroiled pork vermicelli was beautifully grilled, with charmarks and sweet fishsauce dressing. The summer rolls were crisp and light. Pickup was efficient, and the food tasted as fresh as dining in. Easily one of the best Vietnamese meals we’ve tried in Bay Ridge.
